Mothers Day Mothers Day is on 18th March - Why not treat someone this Mothers Day by giving them their own personal chef? Whether its for a elegant dinner party or a family Sunday lunch they will be able to entertain friends and family in their own home without entering the kitchen!
We are offering a special Mothers Day Menu at £30.00 per person (minimum of 4):
Light smoked salmon, crab tartar, avocado mousse, blood orange salad. _________________
Duo of Somerset pork, stuffed tenderloin with apple and prunes, crispy belly, cider jus _________________
Lemon creme brulee, homemade chocolate truffles.

Megéve, France I have just returned from working in Megéve for 10 days in the beautiful Alps. The ski season is well under way and it was great to be able to provide a personal chef service to clients whilst they were on holiday, allowing them to get maximum time on the slopes!

Happy Valentines Day! Raspberry and Pink Champagne Jelly 4 leaves gelatine 350ml (12fl oz) pink Champagne, Prosecco or Cava 2 tsp caster sugar 12 raspberries
1 Place the gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes or until soft. Squeeze the leaves and discard the water. 2 Put 100ml (4fl oz) pink Champagne into a bowl that fits snugly over a pan of boiling water, add the gelatine and sugar and heat gently until the gelatine has dissolved. Remove from the heat, add the remaining Champagne and pour into a jug.
3 Place 3 raspberries in the bottom of each glass. Pour over a little jelly (just enough to cover the raspberries) and refrigerate until set. Very carefully and slowly, pour over the rest of the jelly into the glasses until each glass is almost full. Refrigerate until set.
These jellies will keep for up to 2 days in the fridge so perfect if you're planning a Valentines meal this weekend.
